Material used for shoes, faulty

I received my shoes April 15 10. After about a month they were sent to the company, after I noticed fuzz coming out of the one shoe. I forgot which one. Then in June, the left shoe developed a hole, at the upper left side. You replaced a shoe once, this is ridiculous I will never get shoes from Dr Comfort again! My podiatrists office handeled the measuring and ordering. The info is above. Susan Wagne
