I ordered MS office2007 thinking I was to was getting a great deal. Well low and behold it was not what was expected. Since it took them a long time to send me hard disk I had canceled the order to which I got no reply back after several emails. During this time my bank US BANK was no help as well. I guess the poor thinking of US BANK that it was a legit company which since US BANK would not get off there LAZY but I did and this is what I had found. JOYSHOPPINGNOW uses a company called PTYJRETAIL.com for there purchases and they send product thru a company called DIJIA COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD and they also have email to respond to your orders which are as follows feifei bai joyshoppingnow.com, Well after all this to find out that the software is not legit. They are not a real company as for as us banking they are of no help in situations like this!
