Ordered one they sent three

I ordered one of these kits got on line to check order status and all of a sudden three are delivered although it states in their add ONE per household called to get my $300 back and all they offered me was two how can they do this when I only ordered one? It clearly states one per household so shouldn't I be able to get full price back on the two I didn't order or need?
