An unknown company charging fraudulent phone bills

My fiance recently recieved the 3rd letter from Champion communications and this is after we looked them up on the internet. I at first thought that my 10 year old son mite be making the phone calls but after trying to see what the phone calls were and the particular they keep sending is the sme but the when we try to call it we can't becuase its no longer in service.

We then spoke to them on 3 seperate occasions with our proff of me being on the the phone with my mom at the exact same time as thier records indicate one of thier calls was placed and they finaly hung up after this my fiance called and didnt get as far as even giving the telephone number before she hung up on him. We are not sure what to do at this point as I have called the BBB on several occasions and they wont answer thier phone. We now need help with our next step.
