Fraudulent Billing

We received a fraudulent bill from Champion Commmunications Final Notice invoice dated 3/5/09 for $219.53 and we have NEVER used them nor do we have a contract with them. I did call the Customer Service number of 800-439-0426 and Juan answered and I asked why we received the fraudulent bill. Juan asked for the account number on the invoice and I advised him of the phone number used as an account number. Juan then asked for my first and last name for verification of the account. I replied "since we do not now nor have we ever had an account with you, my information is not relevant. What is relevant is this fraudulent bill I am holding that is reflecting that the outstanding balance will not be removed from our records until payment in full has been satisfied." Juan then said, "we will take your phone number off our outstanding account list and remove you from our unsolved debts list." I then replied, "if you have us as an account at all and don't remove us from your history, you will be hearing from our attorney and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau immediately when I hang up!" Juan then hung up the phone before I could.
