Management from severance, cleveland heights OH

I have been going to this gnc for years and overall have been quite satisfied. This week (being gold card week) is usually the week I choose to pick up a lot of my supplements. Recently it appears they've hired a new manager. This is very upsetting because he is rude. I feel as tho he talks down on me and as tho I'm out of place when I go in. He will talk down about his employees (who I have gotten to know really well the past few months) and I find that to be the most diturbing part. The gentleman who work at that branch have always gone above and beyond in helping me and I've been satisfied with the materials they have recommended. Its really upsetting to know they let a random guy come in and run the place into the ground. Gnc should probably look more into the employees. Managers they're hiring. As for the gentleman that have worked there as long as I've gone, keep up the good work. It upsets me you guys have lost me as a customer because of one bad seed who happens to be in charge.
