Can't access my rewards

I've been trying to gain access to my rewards for a while today. I recommended zoompanel who i really like upto this time that i will take surveys and obtain acknowledgements, but, after i i attempt to cnnect i'm recommended that the link can't be made. Friends of mine are getting the same issue. I've tried traveler, aol and netscape, but, obtain the same concept. I can not appear to get any fulfillment. I do not wish to lose my points which are considerable. Help please.
