I have been a panelist for about 7 or 8 years Ive done NUMEROUS surveys I had topped out at the maximum of 10,000 points or zoompoints...

Now when I wanted to redeem...

I had trouble signing in...

After 2 e-mails... I could sign in... But they wanted me to do ANOTHER survey to BE ABLE TO ACCESS my rewards...

Well after another e-mail I can sign in... And my points or zoompoints are 0

I have a daughter that has autism... And wanted to get her something for Christmas money is not pouring from the wallet this year and I have earned those points.

This survey site is a scam...
