Cancelled my membership w/o Authorization

I have been a member of Zoompanel for about a year, and have enjoyed my overall experience, completing numerous surveys each week.
Recently, I had trouble logging into a new survey. I received an error message that stated my account was inactive. I requesting my password be resent in hopes that was the problem, but I continued to get an error message that said I needed to contact customer service. Well, they have yet to reply!
A few days later I tried the website again, and was able to log in, but all of my points were lost.in my account summary, it says my "membership canceled/expired." I have never canceled my membership, and there should be no reason for it to have expired since I use it regularly.
I am requesting that my previous points earned be credited back to my account.
