Dishonesty

I recently was checking different credit cards. I come across Orchard Bank and went through a process to find out at the end that I had applied which i DID NOT want to. I was only trying to get information such as interest rate, etc. I then immediately called them to tell them i did not want this card and wanted it cancelled. He assured me it was. I then called back 30 minutes later to make sure it was cancelled, and he lied! It was not cancelled. So i told them again to cancel it, she said she saw where I called and had cancelled it already and assured me i would not recieve the card. Well i received th card in the mail, and REFUSED it. These people were so dishonest and did not keep their word.
