Orchard bank is a preditory branch of household finance or hsbc bank... They prey on people rebuilding their credit and charge yearly and monthly junk fees on money you have paid in that is already secured by your personal cash... I cancelled my card and they kept tacking on fees... What a ripoff... But the government still allows it because they overlook these companies because of large political payoffs... Orchard bank is a scam... You are warned!!!
