Secret unathorized billing of my card Ripoff Nevada

I applied for an Orchard Bank credit Card, and when I found out about all the fees the were involved in getting my card activated, I called and canclled it. Here it is almost a year later, and I found out that it was not cancelled and Orchard bank say I owe them $199.00. I called and it took days to get hold of a represatitive... When I finally did, she said she would cancle my card and remove the charges on my card...

My wife checked online about 2 weeks later and it's still not cancelled!!! I am not paying them a cent.
Are there any lawyers out there filing a class action suit?
