I would never use this company again. We have saved for a long time to update all our appliances. We inspected everything when delivered and had a smashed in GE Profile Range/Stove which they replaced. The 15 day inspection policy had passed and we were not ready to install the rest (Dishwashser Micro. Fridge) due to problems with our countertops. When we were finally ready to install the dishwasher, we noticed under the insulation a piece of plastic fell out that was glued to the back. We lifted the insulation and hidden under it was a smashed up corner. We are not dishwasher experts but this was simply hidden damage that only an expert would probably find - not the end consumer. We think this box fell on and caused the damage to the smashed stove. Most reputable companies would either refund or replace the product even after the 15 day policy due to the nature of the hidden damage. We were hung on by the Cust. Service Manager and now I totally regret using this company. An honorable company in this country would make it right and not take accept money from others in this way even with a 15 day policy. I am waiting on a call from the owner and will see if I hear or if they fix this problem.
