Unauthorized use of credit card for a membership with no apparent use

This outfit charged me $149.99. I called them and they said a membership was authorized on the phone. I am fairly certain that no purchases were made over the phone for anything recently. They could not tell me a purchase that the service was in conjunction with. I can't imagine how one would save $150 by using their services, when they could not explain to me what their service was.
