Woman Within - UMG Buyer's Edge
Woman's Within Catalog On-Line Charged $75 for Buyer's Edge Discount Club Membership unauthorized

We purchased clothes last spring for my wife from an on-line company called Woman Within and paid with our Bank Debit Card.

In the last few months we noticed we had been being charged $14.95 a month for "UMG * Buyersed 866-834-45" This is not a complete phone number. The complete phone number is 866-834-4536.

Upon checking with our bank today, we found that this was a charge for membership charged since Last April (Five Months - Almost $75) for a buying club which they had sent us a solicitation for and WE DID NOT ACCEPT.

When I emailed Woman's Within, they said that I had accepted the charge by entering my email address twice on the order form which stated that they were charging our account for this service.

WE did not get anything for our $75, not even a discount on anything. My bank said they could dispute the charge but I would only get back $29.90 for two months, not the entire amount of nearly $75.
