Long horn steak house complaints

We went to LongHorn yesterday, 1/31.
Our waitress took long to come to the table. Our drinks took time, it took long for my husbands salad and my soup to come. Our entrees took long and then when my husbands entree finally arrived
it was wrong, the loaded sirloin was plain, no topping. Lastly, our dessert took long. This is a new facility in Greensburg, PA but the staff is very poor. We did enjoy the food.

Another thing, the manager visited the table next to us but did not even look our way. Our nearly $50 is as important as the next patrons for lunch. My husband called this morning but was treated as if it wasn't important.
