Charge still on Credit

Hi,
I paid a debt with Hollywood Video in El Dorado, Arkansas in the spring/summer of 2009 and haven't received any notices from collections agencies or anything else since. However, now I was informed that it is still showing up on my credit as an outstanding debt two years later.
I need this removed ASAP!
