Recieved letter reporting that I owe over $160.00 in fees from Hollywood Video rentals from 2009 to 2010. We know that you can not rent a video anywhere unless you pay an outstanding late fee, should one exists.
I am not responding to this company with anything other than a Validation Letter. This way my credit will not be hurt.
Read the FDCPA regulations at www.ftc. Gov, its illegal to attempt to collect a debt that is not owed.
