Not once but twice

First they rip me off on the phone first they blaimed on internet sorry i had cable vision service then when i order internet from joi phone they did not provide me the service and charge my credit card quickly very quickly they cut my connection ok by mistake did you said sorry no you did not did you give me the refund no you did not ok do you think you are doing the right thing all right so give me back the charged you charged on my credit card thank you
