Unsolicited phone calls

Representatives from this company began calling a month or two ago, almost on a daily basis, sometimes more than once daily. My wife had an account with the company to receive diabetic testing supplies, but informed a representative not to call, as she would contact the company if she needed additional supplies. However, the company continued to call as noted above. I informed a representative that I woul file a complaint if the calls continued, but to no avail. The next day a representative called again, and I informed her that if someone called again no additional supplies woud be ordered from the company. A representative called the very next day, so I requested that my wife's account be canceled. There have been no additional calls, but my wife and feel that the company should be held accountable for failing to respect our wishes about ordering supplies.
