GEms Plus G., Inc sells gems and jewelry on dish network channel 225. They induce customers to purchase items from them by offering a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. It has been 62 days, still no refund.

When you call customer service they so oh yes we will get this to accounting. That works for about two weeks. Then they tell you your check is in the mail. So far my check has been in the mail as of 11-28-03 and again the week of December 8th.

Still no refund. This company only accepts checks, cashiers checks or money orders so you will be out the money.
