Imagine my shock to find emails addressed to another person on my email account detailing all the expenditure they were racking up on gems tv over the bank holiday weekend. When i rang gems tv they reassured me that none of my personal details had passed over and i insisted that they check and take off any of my information. I was reassured that that was the end of it. Imagine my concern when the person had the good delivered and returned it all to gems for a credit. I contacted my bank and they were very concerned too. The problem is that despite my trying to get to talk to someone at GEMS plentyof phone calls and emails even to Steves PA no-one will get back to me so i have no choice but to go to the information commissioners office to report them for lack of security around my personal information. The trouble is no-one wants to get back to me to discuss this - why? Have they done the same thing to your account? The jewelry i have had has all been good and to say i have had over the years at least 25 purchases is an understatement. I will not use this channel again because of the extremely dilatory response from"customer services" infact customer dis-service" would be more correct. What a shame...
