E Cycle, Inc. False promise, theft of money. This individual who heads the 1.5 person Company is a big time fraud and small time criminal

It is almost one year since I started dealing with Dan Sodomosky. He turned out to be a fraud and big time liar. I gave him my $20,000.00 and my friend from India $24,810.00 to get 5 inch Motor-Generator assembled which must be tested and documented in 3 installments starting March and ending July 1,10. Since then hundreds of meaningless / heated e-mails were exchanged. A 3 page Dossier is prepared explaining the circumstances. He really played a shell game with us.

I displayed my Patented product " Sunny Cool " at Doha, Middle East in October, 10. Sodomosky was supposed to give the 5 Inch Motor we ordered which used in my product as one major component. He did not gave the required 5 Inch.instaed he dictated an Invoice mentioning that he is going to provide the off-the shelf 7 inch motor so that I can display it on the show for the time being and later he will provide the needed 5 inch ones. He is selling this 7 inch Motor for about $700.00. I reluctantly accepted it.

After couple of months he has not given our needed 5 inch Motor nor the money back. I have sent him a Courier demanding our money back. He is keeping silent.
