Took my money and did not delivered my wii system

I initially placed my order with BlueBearToys on Feb 14th for a WII console bundle. According to email confirmation regarding my order status, it was to be shipped once the funds were debited from my checking account. I checked my account for several days to see if the funds were in fact debited in order to check to ensure that my order was shipped. You see I had ordered the WII for my son for his birthday and I anticipated that he would have for his birthday.

Unfortunately, as my sons birthday neared, my order still had yet to be shipped. I tried countless attempts to reach customer service by phone but to no avail. I've been getting the same message that the store is closed and to please call back during normal business hours. Called back at several different times and always got the same message.

It has now been just about a month since I placed my order and I have yet to receive my WII. I've also tried to reach them via Email as well as fax. Beware consumers, do not order anything from these people they are thieves!!
