All she said after ruining my hair color was, " Go get some baby shampoo and it will fade and wash out. Well, this is the third day and it hasn't worked so I am reposting my complaint about her unskillful ways. She is incompetant and should take the claim color expert off of her card. And if she did this on purpose to hurt me personally, she should get out of the business if she succumbs to peer pressure or her own insecurities by someone who has a better hair color than hers as I learned from the people there that she wears extentions and is trying to go blonde, to the color I had. Go figure, she maybe was an envious, secret blonde hater... What else am I to think about someone who had done my hair three times prior to this, just fine and this time, totally, and completely screwed up. There has to be a reason for such a deliberate mistake... And please, don't blame it on my hair. My hair was in great condtion when I came in as usual, just needed a retouch, etc. She changed the color on purpose.
