Jewelry box - customer service

I called to order a 48 ring box. Didn't order because of high shipping. Decided to order online and it said I had a duplicate address. Did I want them to send my password to my email address. I click yes and it says my email address is not recognized, try again. I never gave her an email address. Now I can't order the ring box. Tried several times and it will not let me as a new customer or telephone customer.
