Trying to get this crap equipment returned! - HughesNet Satellite Internet

I called HughesNet to cancel my account on 7/20. I was told by this guy named "Mike" who I talked to that my account would be closed and that I would receive an email from them also on the 29th. This email is supposed to have return instructions and an ID number so that I can return this crap equipment back to them. It is now almost August 5th, and I have not received this email yet. I sent them an email asking about it on the 30th.instead of simply sending what they said they would send, they sent a totally different type of email asking if I would do a short survey for them. I did that, thinking maybe they'd send the email they're supposed to send. They did not. I sent them ANOTHER email at around 1am cst on the 4th. Still nothing from them at all. I filed a complaint with the BBB on the 31st of July hoping that will help. It's looking like I'm gonna have to just slap my account number on the box in order to send this stuff back and have a signature requirement on it which I'm sure will end up costing me even more. They give 45 days to send their equipment back, starting from the date of cancellation. Gee, it's hard to send something back if you don't have all the info.
