Venture Services
Sales Practices Deception

Miscellaneous

Venture services offered me a job in my community area as a distributor of their new 2011 gas saving platinum certificates. When i received the certificates i inspected the contents, i noticed the sales practices was deceptive, i called their customer service center, but could not reach a live operator, i left messages time after time, no one returned my calls. The gas certificates was to feature the following gas stations: Arco, Chevron, Circle k, Conoco, Exxon/Mobil, Gulf Oil, Marathon, Phillips 66, Shell, Sinclair, Super America, Speedway, Sunoco, Texaco, Valero. I suspected a scam and sent the certificates back to the business along with a letter asking for my refund of $180.00. I have documentation of purchase, and a U.S. Postal service Delivery confirmation receipt, to show that the certificates were sent back to the business. The business offer a 100%money back guarantee, but will not honor that gurantee. Because i've asked for my refund since November 5. The business make false assumption of gainful employment through the use of a scam.
