Rust protection and oil spray packages sold on false claims

I wrote a letter on my service I recently took my truck in for I was sold a wax package that I was told if any rock chips were to rust they would be fixed and when I brought to GMC attention nothing is being done about it, so I was sold this package on false words. I think I should be given this money back as it is not true. I was also sold a package for oil sprays and when I took it to a garage and put it on a lift, it was done very poorly spots missed all over had to pay some one else to do it right so my truck doesn't rust. I even took the manager of midnorth motor in Sudbury Ontario and all he said was oh my god what a poor job. His name was Ken. So now I know I'm a nothing to your company as long as you get my money you do not care about one man. So now im paying double for what I should of only had to pay once. Since you never answered my last letter. I now know you don't care about me as a customer. I feel I deserve a answer. Instead you chose to ignore me. Thank you very much.
