I wrote a letter on my service i recently took my truck in for i was sold a wax package that i was told if any rock chips were to rust they would be fixed and when i brought to gmc attention nothing is bening done about it, so i was sold this package on false words. I think i should be given this money back as it is not true. I was also sold a package for oil sprays and when i took it to a garage and put it on a lift, it was done very poorly spots missed all over had to pay some one else to do it right so my truck doesnt rust. I even took the manger of midnorth motor in sudbury ontario and all he said was oh my god what a poor job. His name was Ken. So now i know im a nothing to your company as long as you get my money you do not care about one man. So now im paying doulbe for what i should of only had to pay once. Since you never answered my last letter. I now know you dont care about me as a custumer. I fell i deserve a answer.instead you chose to ignore me. Thank you very much. William j gordon
