Poor workmanship - paint peeling off hood

I recently brought my 2011 Ford Escape, which i purchased 11 months ago at eh Lamarque Ford, in for paint chipping off my hood. First of all, the service dept. Customer service is extremely poor due to the fact that it took me 4 phone calls with messages left each time before i left a message stating I was going above the service managers head to try and get service, or at least a return phone call, well that did it, he called that day (John), which by that time was 5 days. Secondly, once I finally got my vehicle in, the ser. Mgr. (John) told me that the paint chips/spots were caused from bird feces, please. I did a little homework and found out it has to be literally MONTHS, IF NOT YEARS for the feces to eat through the paint to see actual rust, I have a new vehicle, I faithfully wash my truck every week, the longest span being 2 weeks. John told me he would have my entire hood re-painted, but upon inspection you could tell it was just touched up, in fact you can still see the rust on one of the bigger "poop spots". Just wanted to also mention that I have no trees in my yard. I have a lot of pride when it comes to my vehicle, I take care of it, inside and out and now not even a year old it (still) has "poop rust stains" all over it, along with a new part for the fuel injector, which was replaced at the ripe old age of 3 months - pitiful. I am so sorry I purchased this vehicle, it has been nothing but a big disappointment since day 1. Thank for the heartache, Joe & Jamie LeBlanc.
