Failure to Provide Schedule K

Dear sir/Madam:

I am a General Partner of a joint venture managed by Earthwise Energy, Inc. I did not receive a Schedule K from this company although I requested it. Your assistance in helping me to obtai a Schedule K would be appreciated. I believe the company failure to fulfill its fiduciary duty to provide me with a Schedule K and respond to my request is due to discrimination based on national origin.
