Why anybody did not help people in subway whp was stuck all night there

Because of the weather the subway stopped running yesterday 12/26 at 11 pm It was Q train, stopped at the Beverly road I spent 8 hours on the cold train sleeping there. We did not have another chance but stay on the train, because it was late it was snowing and there were no cars on the road to get home. I am just surprise that people on the train did not get any help as a hot tea for example or some shelter. I got sick now and afraid if I got pneumonia being on that train. I will be very upset if I will ending up in the bed being sick on New Year Eve. I hope I will be OK tomorrow, but again I am very surprised that nobody took care about the people on the train all night. No help at all. People with children were there too. Some old people who barely walk. I just wonder who are responsible for being so upset that time, in the richest country of the world? Like there nobody on the trains. So, my complain about that its unbelievable how indifferent were people or government who ever to the people on the train.
