Inspent International, Jack Liguori, sells cabins on ebay offering electricity available and a passable road. The road is nothing but mud and straight up and pretty much impassable except a few days a year. When we got to the supposed finished cabin it was 4 high of two inch fence posts put together with regular bath tub caulk that fell out as soon as winter hit. The Town of Rushford and many others have judgements against him so now he signs the contracts but the land is actually listed in his wife's name to protect anyone from collecting their money back. This man took me for over $5,000. Because with three kids in the service I fell for the pilot routine. Later he told me he flew once in training crashed the plane and the military would never let him fly again. I met the man that cleared the trees on the land and was told he was owed $10,000. For clearing the trees which is what is considered a road in this incidence. He promises money back quarantee but all the complaints on the internet show that he does not give them. He promises a mortgage but has a private lender who provides no documentation of your loan and I could find no licensing for this lender. He told me for an extra $2,000. He would give me a mortgage but I would have to sign it over to him until paid off. The man is in his 70's and feels protected by the fact he won't be around to answer to 20 year mortgages. Anyone who has been affected by this scam I am interested in a joint suit. The town of Angelica, Rushford, the building inspector, Clare Beaman and Elwyn Gordon at the Town of Angelica Electric Board can confirm that no electricity will be ran on this property unless someone pays for layers and layers of gravel and widens the dirt path into a real road. I was told Ligouri was told this several years ago but continues to advertise that electricity is readily available. When I tried to inquire about a well on the property I was told my the well driller he had been taken too many times by this man and would not deal with anyone buying from him without cash up front and that it would be an extra $5,000. To get the equipment up the mountain. The fire department warned us they will not attempt to go up there, life, death or fire. Please do not let this happen to you. Do not buy land or home sight unseen and do not be taken in by a bunch of stories that I suspect are along the line of Mark Twain. I have been here three years and have not found one person on the streets or in the courts or any court branch here that has anything good to say about this person's business practices. I hope in some way this and others efforts will save someone else before they lose $1,000. Like the latest complaint or more like I did. Those that live off the sweat, blood and savings of others and feel it is theirs to take and give you nothing and not live up to their advertisement should not be able to get away with it. This man lives very well off of unsuspecting and believing people. I hope it never happens to you.
