Great experience - Sprinkler malfunction

I just started with Shieldstar and came back from vacation to find my sprinkler system failed. I contacted Sheildstar on a Monday... That afternoon they called with the name and number of the contractor that would be coming out the following day... At 8:30AM Tuesday, Dustin called to say he would be out in an hour... Arrived, diagnosed the problem as the timer... Wednesday he submitted a request to replace the timer (over $150 part)... Received approval about an hour later and Molly at Starshield called to tell me it was approved and will be installed while I am away... Dustin the great irrigation tech asked me to leave a note with which stations I wanted on the timer, how long to run and on what days... Wow! The cost is reasonable, and so far the service far better than expected, after having been with First American and AHS for many years. Bravo!
