Thank you for the response, I wish to mention the Shieldstar customercare person, his name is Brian Chase has done an outstanding job in settling my claims thus far. I think I have submitted 2 so far, one for the heating / airconditioning and a service organization came right and solved the problem.in fact, that individual found a lose wire that was either e or purposely left disconnected that led to the heating not operating correctly, by other service organizations from a different warranty repair organization. Also a kitchen sink problem that was suggested to be cheaper to repair myself and one from a well pump problem at my daughter's house, which is from another contract I pay for and it has been settled over these holidays. Mr. Chase has shown a very responsible and professional attitude in the handling of the claims by myself on all contracts.By the way, Mr. Chase has given me permission to submit this commendation by this email.
