NEED some help... Identity theft no one will help me and sueing for fraud accounts

This company is a fraud. We are being sued for a idenity theft and fraud accounts that someone has stolen, We went to the police they will not help us and the company told us "Oh file police report.!!" how the heck can you do that when no one will listen or help you with the truth.

We did not do this and we are getting threats and causein gmy family great stress and harm frm this. I have medical problems and its making me more ill with this. We need the help and no one will help us bring this company down.

We have a suspect in question but again no one will listen. Please someone with a heart and who is a lawyer please help... Please help... They told me i would live in the streets while my hubby is rotting in jail. I have three kids and in wheel chair... Someone out there must know something.
