Never Closed Account opened Fraudulently and continues to use it

I had my first experience with CashNet in Feb. Of 2006. I had my identity stolen and a loan made in my name with my ssn, bank account and dob. They deposited $500 into my account and when I made them aware of the identity theft told me to fax them a police report. I jumped through many hoops and they still debited their fee of $175 from my checking account.

I've since closed the checking account but had to keep the account open due to an auto loan on it (bank said I had to keep it open) and they just recently did it again with $1000 and even after talking to them and them acknowledging that there are notes on the account (that they said would be closed two years ago) about fraud activity now say they will debit the money back along with the $500 fee regardless if I have a police report or not.

I've never done business with this company nor do I ever want to and I advise all to be warned that they are a scam company that steals identities whether they initiate or not just to steal money from innocent peoples bank accounts. Needless to say, they will not be getting the $500 dollars from me and they will not only get a police report but will be contacted by my lawyer.
