Quadruple Charging - Catalog sales

This is a waste of time. Travelsmith will not do anything about fixing the problem. They have all the information they would need and simply refuse to call the credit card issuer and fix what is now "only" a DOUBLE charge because they prefer to insist that there never was a quadruple charge to begin with and they have already fixed the problem.

I don't know if they actually think they will end up prevailing when I dispute their charges or they simply enjoy harming and annoying the poor dopes who are unfortunate enough to become their customers. Either way, they are a hazard that should be eliminated.
