Horrible customer service

Went to restaurant to purchase food the attitudes and the service of the employees were really bad. The workers were not in uniform except one guy. It was not like the service from days gone by and Ray Crock is probably turning over in his grave. The manager was walking around like she was afraid of the employees and could not delegate authority properly. Everyone in the lines waiting on service was talking about how bad the service was. The owner of this particular store should go in there or have someone to go in just to see what kind of service is being given at their establishment. And maybe get a whole new staff that would appreciate having a job in this type of economic situation that we're in.
