Grand Regency Group, LLC Sold me a 3 bedroom timeshare in 2006 still can't get a clear title. Was told they owe contractors and can't get title Branson

Purchased a timeshare in aug for 23,900.00 the contract stated we would receive title free and clear when paid. It was paid in full Sept. 2006. To date we can not get title have talked to everybody I can get a number for. I even filed a complaint with the attorney general of Mo. No help there.

I have paid two different company that promise to sell this thing for me to the tune of 2,145.00 that hasn't happened. Timeshare Tavel 1 So Ocean Blvd. Baca Raton Fla. And 5 Star Resorts 701 Palomar Airport Rd. Caelsbad Ca. They got my money thats the last I've heard from them.

I even paid a Company Apex 46 Iron Horse Drive Alpine Wy. To just take it off my hands 3,495.00 they couldn't do anything with it because we can't get a clear title.

We have paid out a lot of money for something that we have no control over.

I still receive annual assessment fees every year for 700.00 but can not sell the unit because I have no clear title.
