Tradin' paint Paid for clocks and never received the product, every time we attempt to contact we are cussed out!

I wanted some clocks painted for my business and contacted a local painter, James Breece. He stated that he could not get my whole order completed by the next weekend but could get "a few". I paid $125.00 which was half down on 10 clocks. I called James Breece the following weekend and he started yelling obscenities at me and started stating that he could not get anything done because he had a sick dog and was getting evicted from his house. I tried multiple times more to get in touch with him and to no avail. I contacted him thru facebook and the message that was left was so ugly, The message is as follows but i have had to alter as because of the language and the length:

Your stupid f* for a husband called and cancelled his order 5 days in on a 14 day turn around. Next, not sure how I stole an idea when yall came to me about doing the project... You obviously figured I could do it or would have never asked. I think it's funny how retarded people like you try to start s* publically when everyone knows we are good parents, we get complimented all the time about our kids... Do you? Bet not... Makes you look like the fat f* idiot that you are. You look like you were standing behind a screen door and someone threw a wad of sh*t at you. You really need to douche... The smell travels everytime you enter the room... Maybe you should quit f* n* or what ever makes your skank a* stink so bad. As far as us owing everyone...* was an investment that didnt pan out... None of our investments did...* don't owe him shit and he said that himself while reading the bullshit you posted. Reguardless, even though * cancelled his order, he will still get his money back face to face. Next time you get bored and decide to stand out, I know about 20 people you work with... I can get you all the attention you desire... Wh*re.

As you can see he started ranting about things I have no idea about. I have called him after receiving this message and he would answer the phone and call me a c* mustard, douche bag, and c* sponge. He has stated in texts that he will not give me back the money and has "warned" me if I try to get my money back. I just wanted to let people know what type of person he is and what happens when you make an agreement with him. I may not ever get my money back, but maybe this will keep someone else from being taken.
