Runs Nationwide Scam via Fax and Commits Internet FRAUD

Received a fax that offered Grandfather Clocks at a great price. Called the company and everyone was so friendly. Ordered the clock and authorized debits from my checking account until the payments were complete. My final payment didn't go through so I tried to contact the company. Only to find that the number was no longer answered.

Instead the message stated that clocks were no longer being shipped and that the product was ni longer available because of the "tremendous response to the ad". Went to the internet only to find that product was no longer available. Learned a very valuable lesson - Complete a Company background check BEFORE trying to get a deal. To date the CEO (Brady Spears) has called and left a harassing message at my work but he doesn't want to discuss refund of my money. I will hire a lawyer at this point to recoup the $300 dollars already spent.
