Citibank Mortage
Refinancing?

My husband and I have been trying to refinance our home in Ohio for well over a year now. The original mortgage is thru Citibank, in excellent standing and due to divorce my husband was ordered by the court to refinance. We have been trying however... We keep getting jerked around, asked to send and re-send the same documents over and over. We have to call everyday several times per day before we ever get a return call. The lady who is in charge of our file continues to threaten us with cancellation of our application. We now have the courts breathing hard down our necks with charges against us filed and can get no return call from our Citibank representative and have questions about the latest request for yet more documents to be sent. We are "supposedly" in the final stage of getting a closing date. I'll believe that only when and if it ever happens, we were told in Jan. That we would be closed within 30 days... It's now March right... Can anyone out there help??? We have abd continue to do EVERYTHING that is asked of us.
