They are trying to get me to work for thwm by cashing a cashiers check

Miscellaneous

I received a "Contract Agreement" in the mail to be a "Mystery Shopper". It included two forms to use and a Cashiers Checkfor $3,935. I called the provided # and spoke to Dave Hand. He answered questions and "activated" the check. I am supposed to cash it and call in Fri. 12/17 between 9 & 9:30 to get my "assignment" I am to get $180 $100 bonus for my first "training assignment and the rest is to use for puchases and gas money. The contract says that the check is to be for $3,890 and whenIi questioned the difference Dave told me it was a typo and he continued on to different matters.
Ther were just too many things "too good to be true" so I started investigating.
If I can be of any help busting this fraud, please call my cell # (if I am out of service-I'll check it regularly-and leave a message). If I should contact someone in law enforcement, please advise me who and where.
