AT&T coverage - CELL SERVICE

Hi, it look like the people in the rural areas are getting left out when it comes to cell phone and dsl i live in a very small town i dont have at&t services i would like them and so would everyone who lives here to talk on a at&t cell phone you would need to drive to the a big hill to get service i have hughes net internet for 5 years but it is very high people that works for at&t keeps telling me we going to get all of this but that's been 5 years ago.
