Ripoff

I could not believe what I did after I got off the phone with Pedro, employer # 3098, that I gave my credit card information and address for a "free" vacation. I called my credit card company about two hours later and what do you know my account was out of $500.00. I was told by the bank that they cannot stop payment at his time. So I tried calling the number that was provided and got a message saying that i should email all my questions and concerns to " customercare@fulfillcorp.com" I did. Below is the exchange of email.

Dear Nadira,

Thank you for contacting us today. When you purchased your travel products package, we guaranteed you that your hotel rooms and ship space will be provided on your chosen dates and set aside the inventory for you and your family. We do offer an additional benefit to the customer by allowing you to change your travel dates at no additional charge so long as you give us at least 90 days advance notice. We take on the responsibility of re-booking the hotel and cruise cabin inventory at our expense. That is why we must sell the travel products package on a non-refundable basis only, which was verbally agreed to by you during the tape-recorded conversation of your purchase with our corporate verifier.

We will be happy to assist you with any further questions and look forward to traveling you and your companion in the future. Please feel free to e-mail our Customer Service Department should you need any further assistance at customercare@fulfillcorp.com. Thank you.

I am sorry, but i cannot afford this vacation at this time, since it came up to about 500.00 Cnd Dollars. Andd after some though why should i pay for a vacation that I WON! So please do not forward anything to me via mail,
and I would be every greatful for a full refund.

We'll even offer you an additional year to use the free vacation included in your travel products package.

Please also keep in mind, as we stated, the package is fully transferable. If you choose to sell it or give it away as a gift to a friend or family member, you may certainly do so.
