Bought a Coaster TV Stand for $347.75 on Nov 27. The stand did no fit in my car and the gentleman at the Whse removed the item from the box and was able to fit the item in my car. The TV was too large and did not fit on the TV Stand. I requested a refund and agreed to pay 20% refund fee as dictated by the company. The sales person WILL NOT ACCEPT the return stating that I did not have the box. The box was removed by a gentleman at the whse. Nevertheless, they would accept the item back IF I BUY SOMETHING ELSE AT THE STORE.
