Good Morning,
I was at your Cathy Jean Store for Christmas and got a pair of boots.
This boots where the last ones in display. When i got home and put them on i notice that they were damage from inside. The stitching around of the top was coming out. I when to the store 3 days later. I got a bad costumer service and they did not want it to give my money back because the manager wan't there. Once the manger arrived she also gave me trouble and in the middle of the conversation she walk out and ignore me. Finally i couldn't resolved anything i got store credit. But i'm not happy i want my money back. I keep calling the phone number thay gave me but no answer the store location is topanga mall in canoga, california #93
