Billed for services they didn't execute... They didn't undergo my Insurance simply because they didn't perform these providers... They experienced our Treatment Credit Consideration and charged services they DIDN'T DO... We returned after 2nd visit and terminated anything, and yet we were nevertheless billed for services not done... And we delivered these insane toothbrush, toothpaste, and wash they desired to cost $148.00 or even more... Consumer Beware... Fraud
