Horrible service and Unprofessional, STAY AWAY

Visited Aspen dental for tooth fillings. They advised I've first to complete teeth-cleaning after which they are able to do the fillings. They did the cleansing and also the hygienist gave me a toothbrush to wash my teeth every evening. The hygienist never explained concerning the cost of the toothbrush and that I never requested.in those days, I settled beforehand significantly more than $200. After I examined the statements about the dental insurance website, I came across that Aspen dental did cost exactly the same quantity I settled above towards the dental insurance provider (they got settled twice for that same support). After I requested Aspen dental about this, they explained they've to publish the statement towards the insurance provider (but why they explained to pay for ahead of time?)

While considering the statement I came across anything peculiar. Aspen dental DID CHARGE ME $130 for that BRUSH: (

I visited their workplace and informed them that I don't need the brush and need my cash back. I did so provide them with the toothbrush back plus they explained they'll place the $130 back again to my charge card. Until today, after many weeks, they didn't spend me back the $130.

The filings they did for me personally were TERRIBLE. Until today I can't eat or consume all of the food since the fillings hurt me a great deal. I named Aspen dental plus they explained to come quickly to their workplace. Once they did their check they explained I might require root canal and that I need to consult another dentist.

Exactly What A TERRIBLE experience I'd together.
